Is everything used?
Almost everything. Some parts are new-old-stock in the original packaging and the listing says so. Everything else is used, and everything is sold as-is.
Are items tested?
When we can safely test something we do, and the listing says exactly what we saw (powers on, pumps water, plays). If the listing does not say it was tested, treat it as untested.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes for local pickup items: agree a time through Marketplace or the contact form, look it over, then pay. For eBay items, ask for extra photos before you buy.
Do you ship the big items?
Fridges, sinks and furniture are local pickup in the Denver area. If you are out of state and serious, ask; freight can sometimes be arranged at your cost.
How do I pay?
eBay items: through eBay checkout. Local pickup: as agreed in the message thread, at pickup. Holds and deposits are arranged by message.
Do you take offers?
On most items, yes. Sets and lots get the best prices.
Where are you?
Near Watkins, Colorado, about 15 minutes east of Southlands Mall. The address comes with a confirmed pickup time. No walk-ins.
Are you an authorized dealer?
No. We are a family-owned resale shop. We are not an authorized dealer, service company or certifier for any brand we sell.
What about returns?
eBay purchases follow eBay's return rules and buyer protection. Local pickups are final once you have inspected and loaded the item.
Can I sell you my stuff?
Sometimes. We buy lots from productions, shops and estates in the Denver area. Send photos and a rough count through the contact form.
